カーム・モダン　インテリア

コーディネートのコンセプトは、“夜景を纏う、石と木のラグジュアリー”。物件の魅力を最大限に生かすため、リビングは重厚感のあるグレー・ストーン・メタルで構成し、休息の場であるベッドルームは建具に合わせたブラウン調で穏やかな空間にまとめました。DINKSの方やセカンドハウス利用にも馴染むよう、
・家具は低く
・素材は重厚に
・余白は大胆に
・視線は外へ抜けるように
を徹底し、ホテルスイートのような品のある空気をつくっています。

お部屋のご紹介

living

リビング

景色を活かした空間になるよう、背の低いのソファーや線の細いシェルフを組み合わせ、視線が自然と外へ抜ける構成にしました。木素材を使わず、すべてストーン系・メタル系にホワイト系を指し色として組み合わせることで、ギラギラさせない絶妙な高級感を保ったバランスを作っています。

ダイニング＆キッチン

LDKの中心に置いたのは、幅180cmのダイニングテーブル。これは、LIEBHERRの冷蔵冷凍庫やmieleのオーブンを備え付けるような料理へのこだわりが強いご家庭を想定し、あえて余裕を持たせて選んでいます。建具やキッチンの面材がダークトーンなので、椅子はブラック×金属の脚で軽さをプラス。大皿料理を並べてもセンスよく見える長方形テーブルは、普段使いからホームパーティまで万能です。

Work space

書斎

書斎からレインボーブリッジが少し見えるという最高の特権。そこで、デスクの向きをふと顔を見上げた瞬間、外が見える位置に配置し、視線の抜けを美しく作りました。丸形のラグを敷いて柔らかさを足しているのは、仕事のON/OFFを自然に切り替えるための小さな工夫です。

Bedroom

ベッドルーム

ベッドルームは、リビングの華やかさと対称的に穏やかさをテーマにしています。ラグは毛足の長い横幅240cmの大判で、足元の冷たさを石材の床とのコントラストとして楽しめるようにしました。都心のマンションはどうしても収納がタイトになりがちですが、ここはWICで容量がたっぷりあるので、物量の多い方でも余裕を持って使えます。
